Pop Life Podcast Discuss 'The Perfect Guy' And More

This week’s installment of the highly popular podcast Pop Life returns with an exciting episode full of entertainment’s top headlines.

From the blockbuster film The Perfect Guy (starring Sanaa Lathan, Michael Ealy, and Morris Chestnut), to recapping the week in the NFL, no topic was left out of the conversation.

They later switched gears to discuss one story that made groundbreaking news. That of 14-year-old Ahmed Mohamed, a student at a Texas high school who was detained by authorities after his teacher believed he made a bomb in the form of a clock. The precocious teen simply put his creative skills into building what was in fact a clock, and wanted to show his invention to his fellow classmates.

As a result, the hashtag “I Stand With Ahmed” was created, supporting the young boy and his genius. The White House, MIT and Facebook have also stood in solidarity with Ahmed.
